Forum Thread: Best still camera for location/tech scouts?

I use a Canon G9 and love it. It fits in a small pouch on my belt but takes great photos. A few friends of mine use their 5D or 7D with a tourist lens (28-200) but for some locations it's just a bit too bulky to bring in a DSLR.

The upgrade.... for when i dropped the 9 in the river.

The S90 seems even better and much sleeker

I think this new is good , maybe can satisfy your needs
